Backend for Goons Tracker, marker storage & cloud saves

By default, Tarkov HQ stores your preferences, quest progress, and raid plans locally in your browser (localStorage) — no account required.
Optional Account (Cloud Sync): If you create an account, your weapon builds, quest progress, TarkovTracker token, and equipment configuration are synced to Supabase (EU region) so you can access them from any device.
Your account data is protected by Row-Level Security — only you can access it.
The Goons Tracker uses an anonymous random ID (generated locally, never linked to you personally) to prevent duplicate reports.
Sightings are stored in Supabase without any personal information.
